Minor changes, detected by test suite.

* net/dbus.el (dbus-unregister-service)
(dbus-escape-as-identifier, dbus-unescape-from-identifier):
Fix docstring.
(dbus-unregister-service): Skip :serial entries in
`dbus-registered-objects-table'.
(dbus-byte-array-to-string): New optional arg MULTIBYTE.
